Large Size Lingerie to Flatter Your Figure

When we want to feel sexy and beautiful for our significant other, we turn to large size lingerie. The confidence we exude when we find something that fits our curvy bodies is one of the sexiest things out there. In order to bring out our confidence and self-assuredness we need to make sure the large size lingerie fits us to a tee, and flatters our curves.
Women’s bodies come in many different shapes and sizes. There are women who have pear shapes, apple shapes and carrot shapes. An apple shaped woman has a rounded belly, a pear shaped woman has a larger hip and rear while a carrot shape has thinner legs and a broader top. Carrot shaped women are generally referred to as top-heavy. There are also hour-glass shaped women, who have curvy tops and bottoms with a defined waist. We generally try to give our bodies an hour-glass appearance through the use of optical illusions.
For women who have an apple shape, the best way to detract from the rounded belly is to define a waist at the narrowest part of the torso. Choose large size lingerie that has an empire waist. The empire waist nips in just under the bust line, at the narrowest part of the torso. Make sure that underneath the empire waist the fabric flows out, away from the body. This will skim over the belly, minimizing its appearance. The worst thing you can do on an apple shape is to choose lingerie that cuts across the midsection, or is tight over the belly.
Pear shaped women will want to make their lower halves appear longer and leaner. This can be achieved with high-cut bottoms. The high cut on the leg of the bottoms gives the viewer a longer expanse of leg, thereby visually lengthening the leg and hip, making it appear slimmer. The worst large size lingerie to put on a pear shape is hip-hugging bottoms or boy shorts, both of which cut across the widest part of the body, making it appear even wider.
Carrot shaped women need to make sure the large size lingerie they choose has support for their top-heavy frames. Avoid at all costs tops that have no structure such as bandeaus or tube tops.  Use wider bottoms to help balance the appearance of the body. Hip huggers and boy shorts are large size lingerie styles that work well
